(Licence No. L3008899K) (“I”, “me”). When you submit the registration form or contact me via WhatsApp, phone or email, I may collect your name, mobile number, email address, and any preferences or messages you choose to provide (such as bedroom type, budget range, buyer profile and preferred viewing time).

To respond to your enquiry about Promenade Peak, including sending you pricing, floor plans, unit availability and project updates;
To arrange showflat appointments;
To contact you via call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, where you have consented to this.

Your data is not sold, rented or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

3. Form Delivery & Measurement

Form submissions are delivered to me via a third-party form-processing service, which transmits your submission by email. This website also uses Google measurement services (such as Google Ads conversion tracking) to understand how visitors reach the site and whether enquiries are submitted; these services may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address and pages visited in accordance with Google’s own privacy policies. Where enhanced conversion measurement is used, form data may be shared with Google in hashed form.

4. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to serve your enquiry or as required for legal and compliance purposes, after which it is deleted.

5. Your Rights & Withdrawal of Consent
